Do you set personal goals for yourself?
I have learned that while I set goals, I very rarely keep the process all the way to the end. So the answer is, “yes but“!
Periods make me very creative and very self-doubting. So many started projects, many great ideas, but rarely do the work. I am an ideas person!!! Creative ideas to problems. But not the work to bring it to fruition.
