So I have a serious question:
Does the church have a duty of care to people outside the church when it comes to “healing ministry”?
A duty of care is a legal obligation to avoid acts or omissions that could foreseeably lead to harm to another person.

This is what I mean: when a person comes for healing and, according to the church, is healed, but then goes on to commit harm to another (because of something which the church claims has been healed), is the church responsible?
So … should the church refer a person who has been healed to a “professional”? Either mental or physical.
